Brian Kroeker
Owner & Lead Carpenter

Brian began his carpentry career in 2010 through the High School Apprenticeship Program in Manitoba. Since then, he's followed the work—and the adventure—across Canada. From roofing and renovations in Fort St. John, BC, to custom home builds in Lake of the Woods, Ontario, and industrial fertilizer sheds in Nipawin, Saskatchewan, he’s gained hands-on experience in just about every environment.

In 2015, Brian launched his first business back in Manitoba before heading west to the Okanagan in 2017—chasing a girl who later became his wife.In BC, Brian has focused on high-quality renovations and building long-term relationships with local suppliers and subcontractors. With more than a decade of experience under his belt, he’s now shifting gears into the next phase of Briker Contracting: Briker Homes—a venture rooted in smart design, practical function, and a passion for thoughtful, out-of-the-ordinary spaces.

Brian finds deep satisfaction in solving problems with creative construction. Whether it's meeting a need or rethinking how something should be done, he brings intention and craft to every project.

When he’s not on-site, you’ll find Brian soaking up everything the Okanagan has to offer—mountain biking, trail running, paddling, or splitboarding in the backcountry when the snow hits.

Christiaan Bosman
Senior Craftsman

Originally from the Netherlands, Christiaan brings centuries of building tradition with him—literally. His family has been in the construction trade since the early 1600s, so you could say sawdust is in his DNA. Christiaan earned his degree in Architectural Engineering in the Netherlands, but his real education started much earlier—working alongside his father, a well-known renovation contractor, from the age of 12.

After completing his studies, Christiaan set off to explore the world—on a bicycle (he’s Dutch, after all). Somewhere between the hills of New Zealand and a flat tire, he met a Canadian girl. And like any good love story, he eventually followed her back to the Great White North—though not right away. First, he convinced her to try life in the Netherlands, where he ran his own contracting business for over a decade and picked up valuable experience as a building inspector.

In 1999, Christiaan and his wife finally settled in the Okanagan, where he’s been putting his European craftsmanship to work ever since—restoring, renovating, and building with an eye for detail and a passion for quality. With a deep respect for tradition and a global perspective, Christiaan brings both skill and soul to every project he touches.
